Patrick Murphy is also a state licensed appraiser holding the highest designation of Appraiser General (AG) License #AG012233. Appraisal licensees can be checked on-line at www.orea.ca.gov. The AG license places no limit on an appraised value and allows for appraising any type of property. For example, some appraisal licenses limit appraisal assignment to less than $1,000,000. Patrick Murphy has appraised mulit-tenant shopping centers, multi-tenant office buildings, apartment buildings, single family homes, raw land, entitled land, and residential subdivision land, as well as churches, schools and other unique types of property, e.g. redundant railway-line land.
